In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About Joint Stock Companies", enterprises under the management of PJSC “Ukrstalkonstruktsiya” changed their names, as follows:

Open Joint Stock Company "Zaporozhye plant of metallic structures” was renamed into Public Joint Stock Company "ZAPOROZHYE PLANT OF METALLIC STRUCTURES” (short name PJSC “ZZMK”). Change of name became effective from 15-th of April, 2011.

Joint Stock Company "Dnepropetrovsk Steelwork Plant named after I.V. Babushkin” was renamed into Public Joint Stock Company "DNEPROPETROVSK STEELWORK PLANT NAMED AFTER I.V. BABUSHKIN” (short name PJSC “DZMK named after I.V. Babushkin"). Change of name became effective from 20-th of April 2011.

Open Joint Stock Company "Experimental & Mechanic Plant Metallist” was renamed into Public Joint Stock Company "EXPERIMENTAL AND MECHANIC PLANT "METALLIST" (short name PJSC "EMZ" METALLIST"). Change of name became effective from 12-th of April 2011.

Closed Joint-Stock Company "Donetsk Power Transmission Tower Plant” was renamed into Private Joint Stock Company "DONETSK POWER TRANSMISSION TOWER PLANT" (short name "DZVO”). Change of name became effective from 15-th of April 2011.

Closed Joint-Stock Company "Centrostal-Domstal” was renamed into Private Joint Stock Company “TZENTROSTAL-DOMSTAL” (short name CJSC "TZDS”). Change of name became effective from 15-th of April 2011.

Open Joint Stock Company "Zagranenergokomplektstroy” was renamed into Public Joint Stock Company “ZAGRANENERGOKOMPLEKTSTROY" (short name PJSC “ZEKS”). Change of name became effective from 18-th of April 2011.
