Ordinary meeting of OJSC “Ukrstalkonstruktsiya” shareholders was held on the 17-th of March, 2011. At the meeting there was taken the action to bring the activity of OJSC “Ukrstalkonstruktsiya” in conformity with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “About Joint Stock Companies”.

With this purpose Open Joint Stock Company “Ukrstalkonstuktsiya” was renamed into Private Joint Stock Company “UKRSTALKONSTRUKTSIYA” (short name PJSC “UKRSTALKONSTRUKTSIYA”). The change of name became effective since the 7-th of April, 2011. Accordingly, starting from the 7-th of April, 2011 the new name must be used in all the official documents.
