During 2009-2011 OJSC “Ukrstalkonstruktsiya” had been executing design development, manufacture and mounting of steel structures within the framework of “Business Center “Rialto” reconstruction and 3-floors extension” project at the address: 18 Novokonstantinovskaya Str., Kiev.

Designing started from pre-design analysis of technical solutions for estimation of reconstruction volumes and development of design drawings (Article KM (steel structures) on the stage R) as consequence. Main structure, staircase-lift blocks, flooring corrugated sheets, sun protection and additional structures for the roof equipment were manufactured, delivered and installed within the framework of the project. The total volume of shipment was 800 tons. Steel structures were produced by Zhitomir Structural Steel Plant and PJSC “Experiment and Mechanic Plant “Metallist”.

The focus point is manufacturing and mounting works of shading panels (sun protection systems) with glass blades. OJSC “Ukrstalkonstruktsiya” has worked out and produced steel sun protection system (analogue of expensive aluminum system). Steel sun protection system is “know-how” in manufacturing systems of that sort for commercial real estate segment. This scope of works was “turn key” executed – starting with design drawings development and finishing with manufacture and mounting of sun protection systems including shipment and installation of more than 1400 sq.m. of glass blades. Mounting of sun protection systems and 2 staircase-lift blocks was executed in accordance with tight tolerances requiring high precision of installation. Due to element-wise delivery schedule of more than 3 000 elements of bearing frame steel structures and well-coordinated mounting works (including around the clock works) there was achieved a high quality of the works performed.
